What You’ll Do

- Take full ownership of enterprise client relationships, ensuring they have a seamless and delightful onboarding experience.
- Lead the entire onboarding process, guiding clients through setup and implementation with clarity and confidence.
- Track product adoption and usage patterns to ensure clients are getting maximum value, driving opportunities for upsell and account expansion.
- Serve as a trusted product advisor, offering best practices, strategic recommendations, and ongoing support to help clients achieve their goals.




- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and ensure a consistently high-quality service experience.
