We are looking for a Senior Sales Officer with relevant experience in the automotive spare parts aftermarket retail distribution business. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing the distributor and retailer network, and expanding market coverage across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and consistent business growth.
Identify and appoint distributors in the assigned territory.
Expand the retailer network under each distributor to improve product availability and market reach.
Guide and support distributor field teams to improve sales performance and market coverage.
Monitor inventory levels and market outstanding within the defined timelines.
Build robust working relationships with distributors, dealers, mechanics, and key account customers.
Implement and follow the company's sales processes.
Conduct regular market visits to identify business prospects and understand market requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and provide timely updates to management.
Monitor competitor activities and share relevant market feedback with management.
Coordinate and monitor sales activities and promotional campaigns.
Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Required Experience
3–5 years of sales experience in Automotive Spare Parts Aftermarket Retail Distribution.
Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the Two-Wheeler Spare Parts business will be preferred.
Experience in distributor management, dealer development, retailer expansion, and territory sales is preferred.
