Sapient Infra, based in Down Hill, Malappuram, Kerala, is a construction company undertaking government civil construction projects. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Engineer Trainee to join our team and gain practical experience in building construction and government projects in Ernakulam.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Site Engineer in supervising daily construction activities
Support the execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works
Assist in checking work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Learn to read and understand structural and architectural drawings
Assist with site measurements, quantity calculations, and material requirements
Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress under the guidance of senior engineers
Assist in preparing daily progress reports and site documentation
Coordinate with contractors, workers, supervisors, and other project staff
Assist in maintaining quality and safety standards at the project site
Learn government project procedures, measurements, documentation, and billing processes
Report site issues to the Senior Engineer/Site Engineer and assist in finding solutions




Gain practical knowledge of complete building construction activities from execution to completion

Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience
Strong interest in building construction and site engineering
Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction practices
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work at construction sites
Responsible, hardworking, and disciplined approach to work
Willingness to work at project sites in Ernakulam
