Key Responsibilities of Site Engineer
Supervise solar PV installation and site execution activities.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Check installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, and other equipment.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase and Engineering teams.
Ensure proper testing and commissioning of the solar system.
Maintain site records, measurements, photographs, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
Coordinate with clients and other departments during project execution.
Monitor manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities after installation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
