Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp.
Create engaging content related to Kurti, garments, new collections, offers, and fashion trends.
Generate AI-based images, videos, and shoots of garments for online sales and marketing.
Plan and execute WhatsApp promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
Develop creative concepts for current collection shoots, product shoots, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Create social media posts, reels, stories, captions, and other marketing content.
Use AI tools effectively for content creation, image generation, video creation, editing, and marketing ideas.
Coordinate with the photography, sales, and marketing teams for product and collection shoots.
Maintain a regular social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
Monitor social media trends and develop content according to current fashion and digital trends.
Track social media performance, engagement, reach, leads, and sales-related activities.
Support digital marketing activities aimed at increasing online sales and customer enquiries.




Manage social media comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
Research competitors and identify current marketing and content opportunities.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media, marketing, fashion, or content creation.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Marketing.
Experience in fashion/garment content creation will be preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is required.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop new content ideas.
Good knowledge of Reels, Stories, Posts, Captions, and Short Videos.
Basic knowledge of graphic/video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to understand marketing objectives and convert them into creative content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
