Technical Support & Software Executive

We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and quick-learning Technical Support & Software Executive to join our team.

The candidate will support day-to-day software operations, application testing, technical troubleshooting, customer support, and basic IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a positive office mindset, good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn current technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Support software and application operations.
Test applications and identify technical issues.
Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, network, API, and database issues.
Assist with application deployment and configuration.
Support customer/user technical queries.
Maintain proper documentation and daily work reports.
Coordinate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
Learn and work with new technologies as required.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.




Maintain professional office discipline and confidentiality.

Required Skills
Positive computer and IT knowledge.
Basic understanding of software applications.
Basic knowledge of networking, APIs, databases, or programming is preferred.
Good problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork.
Fast learner with a responsible attitude.
Willingness to take ownership of assigned work.

Experience 0–2 years experience. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a good learning attitude may also apply.

Salary

₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance.

Full-time | 3-month probation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
