We are looking for an AI Trainer to join our team in Tarapur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in training AI systems and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Training Materials: Create training resources and manuals to guide both employees and systems in understanding and using AI tools effectively.
Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions to educate team members on AI applications and best practices.
Monitor Progress: Track and analyze the performance of trainees to ensure they are grasping AI concepts and skills, providing additional support when needed.
Support AI Implementation: Assist in integrating AI technologies into existing workflows by providing hands-on training and ongoing support to teams.
Stay Updated: Continuously research and keep up-to-date with the latest AI developments and trends to enhance training programs.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should have a solid background in AI and machine learning principles, with solid communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience in creating training programs or materials is essential. A proactive attitude towards learning and improving training methods is expected. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working in a team setting and have the ability to engage and motivate others.
