Key Responsibilities:

Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students’ understanding and performance, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
Encourage a Positive Learning Workplace: Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to engage with their studies.
Communicate with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child’s progress and areas of improvement.
