Core QA Skills
Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC
Experience in manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Ability to write and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
Defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
