nLooking for robust experience in managing B2B existing customer accounts for US Market, building long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling prospects, and driving customer satisfaction.

nRequired Skills:

n· Good at Cold calling

n· Good understanding of SAAS Products.

n· Experience in Account Management

n· Valuable Experience in Cross Selling & Up Selling

n· Excellent experience in IT Services Sales

n· Positive at Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

n· Excellent Client Retention skills

n· Experience in Stakeholder Management

n· Focus on Customer Success

n· Good Problem-solving skills.

n· Valuable working experience in US Market.
