Designation – Sales Manager Sourcing - (Residential Sales - Luxury)

CTC – Up to 18 LPA (Hike Given Basis Last Drawn) + Sales Incentives + Mediclaim & Other Perks

Location – Thane

Work Days:6 Days Working
(Week-off: Rostered during the week. Sunday will be working)

Skills & Requirements:
●Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as a Sourcing Manager in Real Estate with Tier 1 Developers (Mandatory) ; No CP / Mandate Firm Experience
●Strong experience in Channel Partner Management & Broker Network Development
●Graduation is Mandatory
●Excellent Command Over English is Mandatory

_Key Responsibilities:_

Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation:
• Build and maintain a solid network of brokers, channel partners
• Generate qualified leads through effective channel partner relationships and broker networks.
• Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships.




• Manage existing channel partners while continuously onboarding new partners to expand business prospects.

*Sales Coordination & Conversion Support:*
• Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure effective conversion of sourced leads into bookings.
• Track lead pipeline, sourcing performance, conversion ratios, and business outcomes.
• Support prospects through various stages of the sales cycle, including meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closure.
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for documentation, customer queries, and post-sales support.

*Market Engagement & Business Development:*
• Share regular updates with channel partners regarding inventory, pricing, offers, and project developments.
• Support project launches, marketing campaigns, and broker engagement initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
• Build solid relationships with stakeholders to drive consistent busin
