Role Description: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through each stage of their purchase journey, from initial inquiry to post-handover support. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients in office, understanding their needs and preferences, explaining project details, coordinating site visits, and assisting with documentation and closing formalities. The role involves maintaining ongoing communication, managing expectations,



and building long-term relationships based on trust and clarity. The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth experience for clients and timely resolution of queries. This is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
Solid relationship management, client servicing, and customer support skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term rapport.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including explicit spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Basic understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and home buying lifecycle; prior experience in real estate or financial services is preferred.
Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.
