Position: Senior Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage tent installation, dismantling, and maintenance at event/project sites.
Supervise tenting teams, laborers, and vendors.
Coordinate with clients, event managers, and internal teams regarding site requirements.
Ensure tents, structures, furniture, lighting, and other event materials are installed properly and on time.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
Plan manpower, materials, transportation, and equipment requirements.
Handle urgent site issues and resolve operational problems efficiently.
Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of company equipment.
Prepare basic site reports and update management on project progress.




Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

Requirements:
10 - 12 years of experience in tenting, event production, exhibition, wedding/event setup, or related field.
Positive team-management and communication skills.
Ability to work at outdoor/event sites and versatile working hours.
Knowledge of tent structures, installation processes, and site safety.
Willingness to travel to different project locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
