Role Summary

Looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, and Project Management to lead end-to-end ERP/CRM implementations and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 solutions
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure (security, performance, cost)
- Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and Agile / ERP-CRM methodologies

Required Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse
- Azure services, Azure Portal, ARM, PowerShell, Azure CLI
- Solid project and stakeholder management experience

Experience & Education

- 8+ years in Dynamics 365 implementations and project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field

Preferred Certifications

- Dynamics 365 certifications
- Azure Administrator / Solution Architect
- PMP or equivalent
