We are seeking a highly experienced and agile Senior Interior Designers to lead and independently manage large -scale projects across the Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess in -depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, a proven track record in handling corporate interior projects, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion, including turnkey solutions.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage end -to -end architectural design and execution for large -scale projects.
- Lead Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Corporate Interior projects of up to 50,000 sq. ft.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, development control regulations, and norms of various sanctioning bodies.
- Prepare project estimates and budgets, particularly for Corporate Interior works.
