Key Responsibilities:
Ensure complete adherence to audit procedures and timely execution of all audit engagements.
Actively liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve audit-related queries.
Develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, especially in the NBFC and banking sector.
Plan, execute, and deliver statutory audit and assurance engagements.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients in smaller audit assignments.
Maintain proper audit documentation in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential audit issues, assess risks, and present practical solutions to senior management/partners.




Supervise and guide CA Article Trainees and junior team members during assignments.

Job Requirements:
Solid knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and auditing standards, particularly related to NBFCs and banks.
Prior experience in statutory audit, specifically in NBFC and/or banking audits.
Experience in leading audit assignments as a team leader or audit in-charge.
Ability to independently manage client interactions and multiple assignments simultaneously.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Result-oriented with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
Team player with the ability to mentor junior staff.
Willingness to travel as required for audit engagements.
