Hands‑on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) for the tasks such as ZTP and SWIM. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams in a rapid‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi‑layer network issues with effective communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
