Conduct 2–3 classroom/lesson observations daily and provide constructive, evidence-based feedback.
Coach teachers on teaching practices, classroom management, and student engagement.
Coordinate with Principals and key stakeholders to support teacher development.
Prepare observation reports and track teacher improvement and follow-up actions.
Conduct monthly teacher workshops and follow-up sessions based on identified needs.
Develop and share relevant teaching and study materials.
Maintain a supportive coaching approach focused on continuous teacher improvement.

Qualifications:
B.Ed. with a Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant field.
Experience as a Middle Leader, Academic Coordinator, Teacher Trainer, or in a similar role.
Robust observation, communication, coaching, and report-writing skills.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
