Job Purpose To manage store operations, inventory control, warehouse activities and dispatches, ensuring accurate stock management, proper material handling and timely delivery of materials to customers/sites.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store, warehouse and dispatch operations.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, issue and movement of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP entries.
Monitor stock levels, slow-moving and non-moving materials.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects, Sales and Service for material requirements.
Plan and coordinate timely dispatches as per customer/project requirements.
Ensure proper packing, documentation and transportation arrangements.
Prepare stock and dispatch MIS reports.
Maintain proper housekeeping,



safety and material identification in the warehouse.
Lead and supervise the stores and dispatch team.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes.

Experience & Qualification Experience: 5 to 7 years in Stores/Warehouse/Dispatch, preferably in Manufacturing.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
