Manage daily store and purchasing operations of the hotel.
Coordinate with departments to identify and fulfill material requirements.
Source materials from approved vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
Check the quality, quantity, and specifications of materials received.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock movement, consumption, and minimum stock levels.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding rates, quality, and delivery schedules.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
Conduct regular stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain purchase and store-related documents and records.
Ensure purchasing is carried out within approved budgets and hotel policies.
Coordinate with Accounts and other departments for purchase and payment-related matters.
Ensure proper control of wastage, shortages, and unnecessary purchases.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
