nKey Responsibilities:

Lead the real estate sales function and drive overall revenue growth.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
n
Manage Sales Managers and sales teams across assigned markets.
n
Drive customer acquisition, site visits, negotiations and high-value deal closures.
n
Monitor sales forecasts, pipelines, conversion ratios and revenue performance.
n
Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners and key stakeholders.
n
Mentor sales leaders and build a strong, performance-driven sales culture.
n
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and strategic recommendations to management.
n

nCandidate Profile:

10+ years of sales experience with a solid background in Real Estate Sales.
n
Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
n




Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer acquisition.
n
Excellent leadership, negotiation and high-ticket closing capabilities.
n
Strong business orientation with a consistent record of achieving revenue targets.
n
