Key Responsibilities:
Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, career opportunities, and other relevant details.
Provide academic and career guidance based on the student's profile.
Handle student queries and address concerns professionally.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication until enrolment.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/MIS.
Stay updated about the institute's courses, programs, industry requirements, and career prospects.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable English and Hindi communication; knowledge of Bengali would be an advantage.
Ability to understand a student's requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
