Job Overview

We are looking for 2 Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our products and services, generating sales prospects, and following up with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain our products, features, benefits, and pricing.
Identify customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM.
Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and persuasive communication style.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle follow-ups and meet sales targets.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
