Job Responsibilities

Attending calls landing on Telephone Console, do quick assessment, update details in CRM software and transfer the call to the appropriate executive. Additional responsibilities will be
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer call data in the CRM system.
Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback, identify issues, and help in product improvement.

Required Skills
Good speed in handling telephone calls.
Positive communication skills
Familiarity with computers and accuracy in data entry.
Punctual, detail-oriented, organized and able to learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications
B.Com or equivalent
