nKey Responsibilities:
nFinancial Reporting & Accounting
n

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.n
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books.n
Monitor General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.n
Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.n





nTaxation & Statutory Compliance
n

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.n
Handle GST reconciliations, assessments, notices, and departmental queries.n
Coordinate with statutory authorities for tax-related matters.n
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.n

nAudit & Compliance

Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other regulatory audits.n
Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses.n
Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.n
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial governance.n

nFinancial Planning & Analysis

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.n
Analyze business performance and profitability across business units.n
