nWe are looking for a CRM & Digital Operations Executive to manage CRM activities, digital marketing coordination, webinar operations, documentation, and basic L1 IT support.
nKey Responsibilities:

Manage CRM data, updates, reports, and basic troubleshooting.n
Handle WhatsApp Web/Marketing and Email Marketing activities.n
Create and manage Zoom & Microsoft Teams meeting/webinar links.n
Coordinate webinars and prepare registration & attendance reports.n
Provide basic L1 support for laptops, desktops, software, and connectivity issues.n
Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.n
Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational reports.n




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.n

nRequired Skills
n
n
2+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Operations, Back Office Operations, or IT Support.n
Positive knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, AI Platforms.n
Basic knowledge of Windows, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, and MS Office.n
Valuable communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.n
