The ideal candidate should have excellent command over English, Punjabi, and Hindi, along with solid communication and interpersonal skills to handle patient calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in a qualified manner. Candidates should be confident, polite, and capable of managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred, along with basic computer knowledge and the ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
