Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries.
Explain SLIDO’s wardrobe sliding doors and interior solutions.
Understand customer requirements and project details.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Schedule showroom visits, site visits, and customer meetings.
Share product details, images, and catalogues through WhatsApp.
Update customer information and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-focused.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience
Telecalling Executive: 1 year (Required)
