Role Description The Technical Customer Support role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing clear guidance on product features and usage.

The Technical Customer

Support professional will diagnose problems, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate case logs, ensuring timely follow-up,



and striving for high customer satisfaction through professional communication. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and contribute feedback for product and service enhancements.

Qualifications
Ability to deliver strong Customer Support and maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels.
Experience providing Technical Support and performing effective Troubleshooting of issues.
Solid Analytical Skills for diagnosing problems, interpreting data, and identifying solutions.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort working with ticketing tools, CRM systems, or helpdesk platforms.
Ability to work in office in Jaipur and manage a full time schedule, including possible shifts.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in technical or customer support within IT, BPO, or related industries is an advantage.
