nWe are hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the building materials industry. The role involves generating recent business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales across the Mumbai region.
nKey Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.n
Visit construction sites and meet engineers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.n
Present products and recommend suitable building material solutions.n
Negotiate pricing and close profitable sales agreements.n




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.n
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.n
Generate leads, maintain customer records, and submit daily sales reports.n

nCandidate Requirements
n
n
Minimum 3 years of experience in building material sales.n
Experience in products such as fiber cement boards, gypsum boards, sandwich panels, tile adhesive, putty, pipes, marble, granite, stone, or ceramics.n
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.n
Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for field sales activities.n
