About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to speak confidently with prospective clients.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our immigration/visa services.
Handle incoming enquiries and understand clients' requirements.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments with immigration counsellors.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Build a positive relationship with prospective clients.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for smooth client handling.
Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or immigration is an advantage.
