Role Summary

Sigenergy India is looking for a Manager – Hedging & Treasury to manage treasury operations, FX exposure, hedging, liquidity, and banking facilities. The role will focus on optimizing cash management, maintaining robust banking relationships, and ensuring effective financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage FX exposure identification, analysis, and hedging in line with company policies.
Execute and monitor forward contracts, swaps, and other approved hedging instruments.
Manage banking facilities, including working capital limits, trade finance facilities, LC/BG facilities, and other credit lines.
Coordinate with banks for facility renewal, enhancement, documentation, pricing, and compliance.
Maintain and strengthen banking relationships and negotiate competitive banking terms and charges.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity requirements.
Monitor foreign currency payables/receivables and assess currency risk and MTM impact.
Track borrowing costs, interest rates, bank charges, and overall treasury costs.
Ensure compliance with applicable RBI, FEMA, banking, and internal treasury policies.




Prepare treasury MIS, cash flow reports, FX exposure reports, and management dashboards.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and business teams for effective working capital and FX risk management.
Drive improvements in treasury processes, controls, banking structures, and automation.

Desired Candidate Profile
CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred.
5–8 years of experience in Treasury, FX Hedging, Corporate Finance, or Risk Management.
Robust hands-on experience in forex hedging, treasury operations, and banking facilities.
Valuable understanding of FEMA, RBI regulations, trade finance, and financial markets.
Advanced MS Excel skills; exposure to ERP/Treasury Management Systems preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, renewable energy, electronics, or import/export businesses will be an advantage.
