Trucking Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Trucking Compliance Specialist to join our growing transportation operations team.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of commercial trucking compliance, driver qualification requirements, permits, registrations, and transportation documentation.

Responsibilities
Manage driver qualification and compliance documents
Review and maintain driver files
Monitor CDL, medical certificates, MVRs, and other required documents
Assist with DOT and carrier compliance requirements
Handle IRP, IFTA, UCR, permits, and vehicle registration documentation
Monitor document expiration dates and follow up for renewals
Assist with Clearinghouse and driver compliance processes
Maintain accurate compliance records in company systems
Communicate with drivers and internal operations teams
Assist with safety audits and compliance reviews
Follow established procedures and regulatory requirements

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in trucking, transportation,



logistics, or compliance
Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA-related compliance processes is preferred
Experience with driver qualification files is highly preferred
Familiarity with IRP, IFTA, UCR, permits, MVRs, and Clearinghouse is a plus
Solid computer and documentation skills
Good written and verbal English communication
Robust attention to detail
Ability to independently follow up and complete assigned compliance tasks

Work Schedule Full time position.

Candidates should be comfortable working a schedule that supports North American transportation operations.

Experience

Trucking / Transportation Compliance: 1+ year preferred

Candidates with strong trucking operations experience who are interested in moving into compliance are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
