nThe ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for The Head of School. They should be well- organised and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executivesn
Coordinate with the school staff and the head of school.n
Event coordination.n
Record keeping and data management.n

nQualifications

MBA from any A listed collegen
Proficient in Microsoft Office suiten
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsn
Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skillsn
Robust written and verbal communication skillsn
Experience in schools will be an added advantage.n
