Key Responsibilities
Identify and monitor relevant Government and private tenders in Assam.
Handle the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.
Have solid knowledge of Assam e-tender portals and government tender procedures.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical specifications, terms & conditions, and submission requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, technical documents, certificates, financial details, and other required information.
Prepare and maintain tender-related documents, EMD, security deposits, affidavits, certificates, authorizations, and other supporting documents.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and avoid technical or documentation-related disqualification.
Coordinate with government departments, clients, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders when required.
Track tender status, bid opening, technical evaluation, financial evaluation, LOI/LOA, and work orders.
Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and rejected tenders.
Monitor tender amendments, corrigendums, deadlines, and clarifications.
Assist management in preparing competitive pricing and bid strategies.




Maintain proper records of all tender correspondence and submissions.

Required Skills
Mandatory experience in handling Assam Government tenders.
Good knowledge of Assam e-tendering procedures and portals.
Strong understanding of tender documentation, BOQ, EMD, eligibility criteria, and bid submission.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation, and online tender portals.
Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Valuable analytical and documentation skills.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field will be preferred.
Additional certification in Tender Management/Procurement will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant tender management experience.
Candidates with proven experience in Assam Government department tenders will be strongly preferred.
Experience in sectors such as automobile, construction, infrastructure, government supply, or equipment procurement will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
