nSince 1991, Kadkraft has been helping manufacturers Design | Build | Inspect with advanced engineering solutions covering CAD, CAE, manufacturing simulation, additive manufacturing, 3D scanning and quality inspection.
What you'll be responsible forn

Develop and execute the sales strategy for Western Indian
Build relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers and other manufacturing companiesn
Identify new opportunities and build a robust sales pipelinen
Engage CXOs, Engineering Heads, R&D; and Manufacturing teamsn




Drive the complete sales cycle - prospecting → technical engagement → proposal → negotiation → closuren
Work closely with application and technical teams for demos, evaluations and benchmarksn
Represent Kadkraft at industrial exhibitions, seminars and customer eventsn
Achieve revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecastsn

What we're looking fornMust-have:

n
5+ years of B2B sales experience in CAD/CAE, industrial software, engineering services or manufacturing solutionsn
Proven experience selling to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliersn
CAD and CAE exposure is a must - candidates must be comfortable discussing engineering design and simulation requirementsn
Strong understanding of the automotive and contemporary manufacturing ecosystemn
Awareness of emerging industry sectors and trends such as EVs, robotics, mechatronics, tool & die design, digital manufacturing and advanced engineeringn
Solid network among engineering, R&
