n Role Overview: The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes. The role will include curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. Faculty members will also manage a large pool of guest/adjunct faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

n Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
n
n
Assist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.n
Teach and facilitate courses, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences such as project-based learning.n
Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.n
Participate in guest/adjunct faculty coordination,



helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.n
Collaborate with peers to improve courses and engage in departmental activities as appropriate.n
Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.n

n Skill and Ability Requirements
nExpertise in at least one of the following domain areas:
n Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, MLOps
n
n
Solid programming skills in Python or R, with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).n
Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD for ML models, and model monitoring.n
Familiarity with MLOps and ML workflow orchestration tools.n
Experience using cloud-based AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML) would be an added advantage.n
