Provide skilled nursing care to patients with a tracheostomy in the home setting.
Monitor airway patency, breathing pattern, oxygen saturation, and vital signs regularly.
Perform sterile tracheostomy care, including cleaning the stoma and changing dressings as prescribed.
Carry out tracheal suctioning safely to maintain a transparent airway and prevent secretion buildup.
Administer medications, nebulization, oxygen therapy, and enteral feeding as per the physician's orders.
Observe for signs of infection, tube blockage, accidental decannulation, bleeding, or respiratory distress, and respond promptly.
Maintain and check emergency equipment such as suction machines, oxygen cylinders, Ambu bags, and spare tracheostomy tubes.
Educate and support family members on daily tracheostomy care, suctioning techniques, infection prevention,



and emergency management.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation, monitor patient progress, and communicate regularly with the treating physician and healthcare team.
Ensure patient comfort, dignity, safety, and infection control while delivering compassionate, high-quality home nursing care.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
