Roles and Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials, components and finished products.
Support the Quality team in identifying and resolving quality issues.
Perform basic quality checks and maintain inspection records.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support quality improvement and continuous improvement activities.
Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality documents, reports and records.
Learn and support quality tools such as 5 Why, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D, SPC and basic problem-solving methods.
