- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) and state medical council.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands -on clinical experience in anesthesia delivery in a hospital or surgical center.
- Proficiency in managing anesthesia machines, monitoring equipment, and emergency airway management.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and pain management principles.
- Excellent communication, decision -making, and teamwork skills in fast -paced clinical environments.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
