Need to have 5 years of experience as a transition manager (BPO only)on papers
work location is Hyderabad
work from the office ( No WFH)
Immediate joiners to 15 days notice period will be considered
CTC-30lpa(20% variables)
5 days working 2 week offs
2 way cab ( 30km radius)

What we are looking for
Preferable with 5 - 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent understanding of contact center operation
Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score and quality programs
Organizational and time management skills
Effective facilitation skills in client and staff meetings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

Roles and Responsibilities
Transition Oversight: Lead and manage assigned transition processes, ensuring a smooth and productive transfer of services.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with both company and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the transition.




Operational Tracking & Reporting: Establish and maintain a robust tracking mechanism for key operational indicators to support informed decision-making.
Budget & Cost Management: Monitor transition spending to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
Process & Metrics Establishment: Support the setup of key processes, define performance metrics, and develop reporting mechanisms.
Quality & Process Compliance: Track and drive all critical process parameters to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Change Management & Transformation: Drive transformation initiatives with a solid focus on change management best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of company's Quality Management System.
Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth execution of transition processes.: Support the setup of key processes, define performance metrics, and develop reporting mechanisms.
