Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with flight and travel bookings in the Italian language.
Handle inquiries related to fares, schedules, cancellations, changes, baggage, and other travel services.
Recommend suitable travel options and convert inquiries into bookings.
Communicate with Italian-speaking customers through calls, emails, or chat.
Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Follow company policies, sales targets, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Requirements

Language:Italian speaking proficiency (B1/B2 or above preferred).
Good communication skills in Italian and English.
Interest in travel sales and customer service.
Basic computer knowledge.
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
