Now we're looking for someone to lead our creative vision as we enter our next phase of growth.

The Role

n

We're looking for an Art / Creative Director to lead the creative function end-to-end — shaping how the brand looks, feels, and shows up everywhere from product photography to global ad campaigns. This is a leadership role for someone who can set creative direction, build and mentor a team, and translate brand strategy into visuals that convert across markets.

What You'll Own

n

Define and evolve the brand's visual identity across all channels — digital, social, packaging, and campaigns
n
Lead end-to-end creative for major campaigns, from concept to final execution
n
Build, mentor, and manage a team of designers, photographers,



and video editors
n
Partner closely with marketing and growth teams to align creative output with performance goals
n
Ensure creative consistency across 100+ markets while allowing room for regional nuance
n
Stay ahead of design, beauty, and social trends to keep the brand culturally relevant
n
Present creative concepts and rationale to founders and senior stakeholders
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Proven experience leading creative for a D2C or consumer beauty/lifestyle brand
n
A strong portfolio spanning campaign direction, brand identity, and digital-first content
n
Experience managing and mentoring a creative team
n
Deep understanding of what performs across social and paid channels, without compromising brand quality
n
Comfort operating in a quick-paced, founder-led workplace
n
Global brand experience or exposure to multi-market creative is a strong plus
n
