nAs a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with questions, orders, product information and concerns across different communication channels.
nYou'll play an important role in ensuring that every interaction reflects the warmth and care that defines House of Vrajbhoomi.
nWhat You'll Do

Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, email, calls and social median
Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, exchanges and returnsn




Resolve customer concerns promptly and thoughtfullyn
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and dispatch to resolve issuesn
Track customer queries and ensure timely follow-upsn
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutionsn
Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the relevant teamsn
Ensure every customer interaction is explicit, helpful and aligned with the brand voicen
Support in creating a smooth and positive post-purchase experiencen

A friendly, patient and solution-oriented approachn
Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plusn
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messaging platformsn
Good organisational and follow-up skillsn
Ability to multitask and stay calm while handling multiple queriesn
