Key Skills
Credit risk assessment (4Cs)
Income calculation (Salaried & Self-Employed)
Bank Statement & Full Doc underwriting
DSCR knowledge preferred
Review of appraisals, title, lien position & ownership documents
Loan structuring & underwriting decisions
Experience working on Encompass LOS
Solid communication skills

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Salary Up to ₹8.5 LPA
₹62,800 in-hand
₹2,750 Monthly Incentive
Travel Allowance:

o ₹3,500 (Both Ways) o ₹1,750 (One Way)

Shift
US Shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
Rotational 9-hour shift
Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
