Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Head for a Funded Sustainable Packaging Brand.
nJob Profile:
nDevelop and execute the sales strategy aligned with Company growth targets.
nOwn revenue, volume, margin and collection targets.
nDrive business across HoReCa, FMCG, Institutional Sales, Key Accounts and Distribution channels.
nBuild relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Caterers, Hospitality Groups and Institutional Buyers.
nAcquire and develop large regional and national key accounts.
nBuild and strengthen distributor/channel networks across existing and recent markets.
nLead commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts and customer agreements.
nIdentify recent markets, customers and business opportunities.
nBuild, lead and motivate the sales team with clear targets and accountability.
nConduct regular sales reviews and take corrective action where required.
nMonitor competition, pricing, market trends and customer requirements.




nCoordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure product availability, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
nMaintain strong focus on profitable sales and timely collections.
nSales Head Requirements:
nMBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
nMinimum 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, HoReCa, Foodservice or related industries.
nProven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
nStrong exposure to HoReCa, Key Accounts and distributor management.
nDemonstrated ability to achieve aggressive sales targets and build recent markets.
nStrong commercial, negotiation and team-management skills.
nExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
nPan-India / multi-state sales exposure preferred.
