The position involves a mix of desk-based analysis and fieldwork, requiring candidates to conduct market studies, property inspections, and data collection across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting real estate valuation assignments across asset classes.
Perform market research and collect relevant property and transactional data.
Conduct site visits, property inspections, and field surveys.
Support preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and market studies.
Gather, analyze, and maintain market intelligence and comparable property data.




Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data collection and project execution.
Travel within and outside Mumbai as required for site inspections and project assignments.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data gathering and reporting activities.

Apprenticeship Program Details
Duration: 12 months
Location: Mumbai
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Eligibility: Fresh graduates or candidates currently pursuing post-graduation
Educational Background: Finance, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
Field Work & Travel: Candidates should be comfortable conducting market studies, visiting project sites, and traveling within the city as required.
