Job DescriptionThe project head must have experience in the construction of High Rise Building project.
nLead a team of engineers for the overall construction activities at sites. Job includes on time delivery of projects within the budget with safety and quality consciousness; will be responsible for managing employees, contractors and stakeholders, government authorities and public relations for successful completion of project. Reports to the senior management on day-to-day progress and MIS reporting for various stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the projectn
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreementsn
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authoritiesn
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitationsn
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be metn




Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequaciesn
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilitiesn
Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when neededn
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reportsn
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesn

B.Tech Engineeringn
Minimum Experience – 20 Yearsn
