nLabel Society is looking for a Creative & Content Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.
nWe're looking for someone who is creative, visually driven, and excited about building a brand through storytelling.
nThis role will work closely with the founders to build the visual language and storytelling of Label Society across Instagram and our digital platforms. We're looking for someone who keeps a close eye on what's happening in the creative and social space, brings fresh references and ideas to the table, and can also get hands-on with execution.
What you'll be doingn

Work closely with the founders to develop and maintain Label Society's visual language and storytelling directionn
Stay up to date with cultural references, social formats and visual storytellingn
Bring ideas, references and concepts for content shoots, campaigns, product launches and social median




Collaborate with the founders on the storytelling direction for upcoming launches and collectionsn
Edit short-form video content and static content for Instagramn
Edit campaign content, product videos, ugc videos, behind-the-scenes footage and other social-first contentn
Adapt existing shoot and campaign assets into different formats for social median
Have a robust understanding of pacing, composition, typography, music, transitions and overall visual storytellingn
Be comfortable working with editing tools and willing to learn current tools and workflows as the brand evolvesn
Maintain and manage a structured social media content calendarn
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and other collaborators when requiredn
Assist with planning content requirements for shoots and launchesn
Keep track of what content is being created, edited, approved and scheduledn
Track basic social media performance and use learnings to inform future con
