Increase market share through competitive market tracking, strategic planning, and focused business

development initiatives.
Develop cutting-edge and client-centric advertising solutions to maximize brand outreach and ROI for clients.
Identify and develop recent revenue opportunities across categories, untapped markets, and emerging client

segments.
Build and maintain robust long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders for sustainable

business growth.
Analyze sales performance, market data, and business trends to identify gaps and implement corrective action

plans.
Conceptualize and execute special initiatives, festive properties, big day” opportunities, supplements, and

creative features to drive incremental revenue.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets while ensuring high

performance and accountability.
Own the Unit P;L and drive growth through effective space selling, strategic planning, and operational

excellence.
